Cancel reservation

Check in – Check out

Check in time is at 02:00 pm and the check out is at 12:00pm, the hotel will do anything within it’s reach to adjust all our accomodated customers as long as information are provided about the arrival time. In case of a late Check out you are obligated to inform reception desk.

Cancellation

When a reservation is Finalized the total amount must be charged either from a credit card, or In case of cash or wire transfer within 4 days from the day of the reservation.

In case of a cancellation before the 14 days window the foul amount will be refunded, minus bank transfer expenses.

In case of a cancellation inside the 14 days threshold the amount will NOT be refunded.

In case of a No-Show the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Pets

Alonia Hotel does don't accommodate pets, except service dogs, if a guest wish to bring a service dog hotel must be informed beforehand to facilitate the arrival of the guest.

Children

Infants (0-2 y.o) are not getting charged extra and will sleep in a baby crib , also Hotel must be informed about infant guests.

Children (2-12) will be charged half price 5Euro / Night

Kids above 12 y.o will be charged as adults.

Pool 

Pool is open for guest starting 08:00 am till the sunset.

Children under the age of 16 must be using the pool only with parental attention.

Alonia Hotel Accepts payments with any Card type, Cash and wire transfer.
